Do I have to make a commitment to become Catholic before I begin the process?

You do not have to make a commitment to become Catholic prior to the start of the process. The RCIA journey begins with your desire to learn more about becoming Catholic. You will have a chance to have your questions answered and participate in the faith journey with others inquirers.

When does the process begin?

We begin in September on Wednesday evenings at 7pm.  Please see the weekly bulletin for dates.   Adult seekers are invited to attend these “no obligation” inquiry sessions where we share our journeys in faith and answer any questions or concerns.
The formal RCIA process begins Sept 2019  and continues to meet on Wednesday evenings from 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm.

The sacraments are celebrated at the Easter Vigil in the Spring 2020.

What is the RCIA Process?

Throughout the history of Christianity, people of all faiths have found their way to the Catholic Church. While each person’s journey is as unique as the individual themselves, all are drawn to the one God and for the same purpose – to know Him, to love Him and to serve Him. The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults offers a program of faith formation, discipleship and fellowship for adults 18 years and older that will prepare them for full initiation/communion into the Catholic Church at Easter.

Still Unsure?  Have Questions?

Come to the RCIA Inquiry classes Wednesday evenings  7:00pm - 8:30pm beginning this September.  No Commitment Necessary.

We look forward to meeting you!
